[請益] 關於低手
在下是個運動神經極差的人 協調性不好 反應也很慢
上大學後在因緣際會下接觸到排球
如今已大二
各方面雖跟一開始比有進步但仍屬有限
尤其是低手在場上常常噴球@@"
可是對牆都能對到300下左右
而且其他人幫我看姿勢也都沒問題
想請問平常一個人除了對牆
還有什麼可以訓練低手穩定度的方法呢?
