[問題] 如何練習打排球
我現在是一個升大二的學生,之前是打籃球的最近想要轉換跑道(或打兩個)
,想改成打排球。對上叫我練啥攻擊手,因為他們認為我有一個很大的優勢
就是彈跳力(180平時可以單手灌籃,曾經有狀況好到可以雙手灌);可是問
題是我打太多年籃球已經習慣跑動中的衝刺跳躍而非雙手後擺壓低起跳,所
以我現在根本無法扣球,因為起跳的方法不太符合我的肌肉慣性,有沒有什
麼方法可以改正
