involves teamwork. You are open to their ideas and to their way of doing thin
gs. You are quite good at compromise, Virgo, but right now you may find yourse
lf feeling rather intolerant of someone else's opinions. Whatever the reasons
are, even if they are valid, you would still be wise to let others know you ar
e listening and that you care about what they have to say. If you then explain
your reasons for sticking with a plan, it will go over easier. Communication
is the key to success here.
