Being right is important to this individual. Being right has to do w ith this person's sense of self and pride and value. Even though this person i s wrong, the argument may continue until you agree. That is unless you let thi s individual know that it is okay to be wrong. If you can build this person up , and offer encouragement and acceptance, you could make the whole thing okay.
