小弟跟太太在美國，小弟H1B延長申請已送出尚未批准，要線上申請太太H4延長，想詢問理? 1. Is this application based on an extension or change of status already granted 選 No 2. Is this application based on a separate petition or application to give your sp 選 Yes, filed previously and pending with USCIS 3. Provide the USCIS receipt number for the pending case. 提供我的 I797C receipt number 4.
