[北美][DV17] DV-2017 申請資格問題
不好意思，想請了解綠卡樂透申請的板友協助確認。
DV-2017的申請剛開放，
網站上寫的申請資格似乎是需要滿足以下兩項條件，缺一不可：
1. 高中以上學歷
2. 五年內兩年以上工作資歷
由於查詢過往的DV申請資格，看到有些人說兩項條件只要擇一即可，所以有一點困惑。
雖然明白最新的規定可能有更動，但還是希望能再更加確認。

If you do not have either the required education or qualifying work
experience, you are not qualified to be issued a diversity visa. (Only
you, as the principal applicant, must meet this requirement. Your spouse
and children do not have to meet this requirement.) You should not
continue with your DV application if you do not meet the qualifying
education or work experience requirements explained below. You
will not be issued a visa, and any fees you pay will not be refunded.」
我和未婚夫大致一直待在學校當研究生，目前兩人都沒有滿兩年的正職工作經驗，
希望能請教熟悉DV申請的版友，是否確定我們兩人都不符合申請資格？
