[北美][H1B ] 有H1b CAP-Exempt名額要參加抽籤?
如果以前有H1b (CAP Exempt) 有通過取得名額
後來終止H1b
轉到F1
現在再由F1轉回H1b
那在Numerical Limitation Information那邊
要怎麼填?
Form I-129 H1b Data Collection and Filing Fee Exemption Supplement有分:
Part B. Fee Exemption Determination (新公司這邊全部勾No，所以要交ACWIA Fee)
Part C. Numerical Limitation Information
因為我以前有取得名額
所以若Part C. 選項1. 勾CAP Exempt
那選項3. 是勾g.The Beneficiary of this petition: (1) was previously granted
status as an H1b nonimmigrant in the past 6 years...?
那這樣就算新公司要交ACWIA Fee，我也不用再抽籤了是嘛?
