大家好～我原本在爬oversea_job版但發現這裡可能比較適合發問
剛剛稍微搜尋了一下似乎沒有相關討論
我現在在用OPT工作 最近拿到公司的一封信內容是關於幫我申請H1B的
但我看到一段非常疑惑
"In light of Company's time and attention to this matter, and financial
investment in the Visa process, the Employee will reciprocate this investment
by making an employment commitment to the Company for the duration of the
H-1B visa, which expires three years from approval date."
這段是在說因為公司幫我申請，所以我要承諾在這裡工作三年？
我知道我當初的offer是at will 雙方都可決定要不要停止
而且想換工作有一陣子了 有在想等申請完再走 做三年是不可能的
我沒看過其他H1B offer 對於這種要簽名下去的都很緊張
希望有經驗的人幫忙說明一下 謝謝！
