[北美] B-1 visa
1.想請問至美國的醫院進行短期一至兩個月的clinical observership(無薪水),
是否可用B-1 visa(visa waiver program)進入?
該醫院一開始說J-1, 後來又說之前有台灣人去並不用申請DS-2019

我查詢了B-1相關的資料:

A medical doctor otherwise classifiable H-1 as a member of a
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
profession whose purpose for coming to the United States is to observe
U.S. medical practices and consult with colleagues on latest
techniques, provided no remuneration is received from a U.S. source
and no patient care is involved. Failure to pass the Foreign Medical
Graduate Examination (FMGE) is irrelevant in such a case.

==>想請問otherwise classifiable H-1是什麼意思?
==>這段的意思是:只要不拿薪水, 不照顧病人,
只單純跟在當地醫師的旁邊看就可以使用B-1?
