My mom hold B1/B2 visa and my aunt hold ESTA visa; both of them entered US two weeks ago. If they join the 4 day Carvinal cruise from Long Beach, CA to Ensanada, Mexico, does either of them need to apply for Mexico visa? If so, can they apply it online?
