[北美] H1B Requested Action
當初申請時告知律師八月底畢業後月要回台灣
因此律師幫我選a.Notify the office in Part 4 so each beneficiary can obtain
a visa or be admitted.
而非b.Change each beneficiary's status and extend their stay since he, she,
or they are all now in the U.S. in another status.
請問這是不是代表我一定要回AIT申請H1B?
不能留美等待自動轉換
