Termination
Hello,
I am sorry to inform you that your SEVIS record has been terminated for
Failing to enroll in classes for the Winter term. Since you did not make an
International Student Advisor aware, and we did not receive a response to
our email, letter or phone call, we had to terminate you for this reason.
If you send proof of your departure from the U.S., plane ticket
information and complete our Departure form, I can try and request that the
termination reason be corrected to accurately reflect that you left the
U.S. in time.
*I will attach the Departure form document to this message again. Please
complete and send back, including proof of your departure from the U.S., (
copy of plane ticket or e ticket message)*
Even taking this step, if you still would like to return to PCC or the
U.S. as a student, you will need to apply for a new visa and receive a new
I-20 from the school you plan to attend.
Take care, write bck if you have any more questions.
Hello,
Thank you for sending my proof of your departure. I submitted a request to
correct your termination reason in SEVIS and it was approved. So now, your
official termination reason is for Authorized Early Withdrawal from PCC.
I hope this will help, if and when you plan to travel again to the U.S., as
a student.
If you still have any questions, please feel free to write me back.
Take care!
