[歐洲] 在波士頓申請義大利簽證
我人現在在波士頓 要申請義大利觀光簽證
有些問題想請問
根據義大利的辦事處網站上寫的申請觀光簽證的需求如下
TOURIST VISA:
All documents must be presented in original and photocopy
1. Personal appearance.
2. passport photograph
請問照片的大小？如果和其他簽證用的是同一張照片是沒有關係的齁？
3. Application form, to be signed in front of Consular Office
4. Passport or official travel document valid three months after last date of
stay in Italy. It must have a blank page on which to affix the visa
5. For non US citizens, proof of residence: Alien registration card, a valid US Department of Homeland Security visa, government visa renewal
letters (I-20, Advanced Parole, IAP-66, etc.). Please note B1/B2 visas
are not accepted.
6. Roundtrip itinerary with entry and exit points of travel. If you are not
flying directly into Italy bring Eurorail ticket, car rental,ferry
reservations etc.
我的問題是:我只要給他我的班機行程表就好了嘛?還是我需要在自己打一張itinerary
詳細說明我要的行程?
7. Hotel reservations or vacation home rental. In case of invitation from
family or friends, a letter of invitation is required (go to our website,
and in the visa section click on # 5. LettaraInvito.doc or you may find it
on www.esteri.it/visti). If the host is Italian the invitation may be
faxed to the applicant along with a legible copy of host’s ID proving
Italian citizenship. A non-Italian host must send the signed original
invitation letter along with a copy of their permesso di soggiorno
(permit of stay). EU citizen’s may fax the invitation with a copy of the
ID page of their passport, and a copy of the permit of stay if they
reside in Italy.
8. Proof of economic means of support: most recent bank statement.
(The Consulate does not accept online printed statements, but only
originals or copies stamped or signed by a bank official).
這一定要銀行的人員簽名嘛？
9. Documentation of socio-professional standing: most recent pay check
pay stub, letter of employment. If SELF-EMPLOYED: business income taxes ,
certificate of incorporation, most recent business bank statement.
If UNEMPLOYED: 1. Dependent spouses: Employment information of husband
or wife, plus a copy of the marriage certificate. If both spouses names
are not listed on the bank statement please present a notarized affidavit
of support assuming full financial responsibility for any and all
expenses the dependent spouse may incur during his/her stay in Italy
2.Students: official verification of enrollment from the school,
and if financially dependent on the parent’s, their financial
information along with a notarized affidavit of financial support
assuming full responsibility for any and all expenses the
son/daughter may incur during the stay in Italy.
3. Retired persons: proof of monthly pensions
關於這項：因為我現在是學生 除了I20外那我是要繳交什麼資料給他?Student ID?
10. Proof of medical insurance coverage for emergency medical services
abroad for the minimum sum of $37,500.
另外申請費用是多少？因為網站沒有 查網路上有些人說是60歐元？（可是我有看到
不一樣的價錢）所以付款時是以美金付還是換成歐元？
