(sorry I can't type in Chinese) I lost my wallet with EAD card in it.' I'm going to apply H1B this year, should I get a replacement of EAD? Hopefully this question is not too stupid..the fee is $340. And the H1 lotto is still uncertain. would it be better if I apply after knowing the h1b result?
