準備要辦H1B了，因為只是表哥的一個小公司在這邊，員工人數不多，也是第一次
雇用H1B的人，所以雖然找了律師，也是資料都要自己來。
律師前幾天跟我要一個business plan，可是基本上公司的營業狀態已經有另外的
文件給他了，公司好像也沒有這種東西，不知道怎麼寫起。請問有人知道這部分
的內容是什麼嗎？google的結果頗雜亂。
已經交給律師的有下列文件或資料：
1) Most recent Income Statement
2) Most recent Balance Sheet
3) copy of Lease of premises or proof of ownership of property
4) EIN # (Employer Identification Number)
5) Number of employees
6) Name and title of person signing the petition (I-129)
7) Telephone # of company
8) Year company established
9) Copy of articles of incorporation or formation
10) Certificate of incorporation or formation
11) Business license (state and city)
12) Brochure of products or services provided
13) Color print of website
