Our people maintain a long-standing NAP. I've heard rumor that you have
indicated we intend war with PTTc54. This is not at all true. If PTTc54
wishes to break their NAP with us due to PTTc34's long-standing actions
causing us to fight them, it is a choice they will make that we will hope
resolves soon.
Your attacks on King Jrock seem premature. As you'd expect, he's launched a
counter on you. I'd like to imagine we can focus our attention on actual
enemies we share, than to create each other as enemies for so little reason.
