以下是Evlvd外交官的來信他們說因為他們有些成員距離FTR很近害怕萬一和WC4PTT結盟後,會導致FTR攻擊那些成員所以希望和我們先從簽訂NAP開始 Hi komcold, We are honoured by your request, however some of our members are pretty close to FTR. They fear that an allyship with WC4PPT could make FTR aggressive towards them. Out of respect for those members I would like to ask you if you would like to start out with a NAP in stead of an Allyship.
