[討論] Passing - Double dribble
A drill that improves timing, passing, and catching. Break into pairs
of 2, each erson has a ball. Have one person throw chest passes while
the other throws bounce passes. Call directions such as “switch” for
them to swap passes (the one throwing bounce passes will throw chest
passes). "Faster" or "slower" work well. Try to mix it up by putting bad
passes with better ones.

這練習是讓你的隊伍增進傳球的時機及接球的時機。每個人拿一個球,其中一個人
胸口傳球,另一個就用地板傳球。如果順手以後就可以增加速度來練習。這個練習
能讓大部分的球員傳球能力大幅增進。
