聯盟已經對76人在自由球員市場開啟後，可能涉及和哈登、Tucker、House等球員提早接觸
的違規行為展開調查。76人目前開始配合聯盟方面的調查。
NBA's expected to pursue circumstances surrounding Harden declining $47M option
to sign a 1+1 deal that cut salary to $33M and gave team more flexibility to sig
n Tucker and House. Some have wondered if another deal was already in place for
future -- which is against CBA rules.
哈登拒絕4700萬美元的球員選擇權，重新與76人簽下一份1+1、將工資削減到3300萬美元，
讓球團有薪資空間更加靈活而來簽下Tucker以及House，有些人想知道76人是否與哈登製定
了另一份協議，這違反了勞資協議規定。
Sixers president of basketball operations Daryl Morey has already begun answerin
g questions from league attorneys, sources said. The investigation is expected t
o include interviews with team personnel and the organization turning over elect
ronic correspondence and phone records to league investigators. Teams weren't al
lowed to have conversations with agents or players on free agency deals prior to
the opening of free agency at 6 p.m. ET on June 30.
多位消息人士透露，76人總裁Morey已經接受聯盟律師的審問。 並且提交球隊的電子通訊記
錄以及電話記錄給聯盟。勞資協議規定，在美國當地時間6月30日下午6點之前，球隊不可以
接觸自由球員。
