戴媽下個月要復出打雙打了 CARLSBAD, California (AP)—Lindsay Davenport is coming out of retirement to play doubles at a WTA Tour event near San Diego. Tournament officials said Friday that Davenport has accepted a wild card to play with fellow American Liezel Huber at the Mercury Insurance Open from July 31-Aug. 8 at La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, California. Davenport hasn’t played in a tournament since the 2008 U.S. Open, when she reached the third round in singles and doubles. She was ranked No. 1 in the world in 2001, 2004 and 2005, and is a three-time major champion. Davenport and Huber played together at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, reaching the quarterfinals in doubles.
