QA supervisor
[工作內容]
Product Development
1.Ensure Laboratory tests and analysis of product samples.
2.Prepare and submit product specification data to Production Department.
3.Coordinate appropriate storage of product samples to ensure they are secure
from any damage and are accessible at any given time.
4.Manage the registration list of incoming and outgoing tested product
samples.
5.Test method study and development
Managing People
1.Manage subordinate’s task and responsibility allocation.
2.Manage performance of subordinates.
Organizational Management
1.Continuously evaluate the performance of laboratory equipment and ensure
their scheduled calibrations.
2.Implement HSE campaign in the QA Department.
3.Implement ISO campaign in the QA Department.

SPC, DMAIC, 6 sigma, 8D report, FMEA, QC 7 tools
學歷要求: 大學, 碩士
科系要求: 化學化工相關
語文條件: 英文-聽說讀寫/可溝通與信件往來
