各位年薪300萬的大大
小弟從97/9進入公司,預計106/3離職
前幾天問公司的人資
說需要看到職日與離職日來計算
例如: 5/1到職日,4/30前離職今年都沒有特休,有請特休的還要被扣錢
5/2離職今年的特休都可以修完
明顯與勞動部的規定有出入(應該是今年有14~15天的特休可以休)
因為這樣其實被公司拗很大(換算成薪水應該也逼近1~2個月)
如果遇到這種狀況,需要如何跟公司力爭?
