幾個月前因工作過勞身體不適 跟公司提出申請休養 有幾個選項
1. 留職停薪一年 : 復職年資累計
2. 半薪(兼職) : 工時原來一半,但要打卡, 無年終/福利等, 有勞健保/勞退, 年資累計
股票可以繼續 (其實沒多少)
3. 當顧問: 辦理離職, 公司會和我簽約, 月薪也大概是原來的一半, 不用打卡
其他甚麼都沒
目前老闆一直說服我選3; 但我想請教的是: #3 要怎麼算工時?
附註:
我在本業工作多年(藥廠) 手上案子很熟, 但人員流動率太高,
一個人要兼訓練新人和管理案子
另一個擔心是選2 或3, 會變成領半薪做全職工作
原本已經提出1的申請, 但腦波太弱,老闆覺得新人太慢
而且自己覺得完全沒收入 會有點焦慮
