效率從5%很快的進步到20%左右, 快接近矽晶25%
鈣鈦礦太陽能電池吸引人的地方是比矽晶太陽能電池製造便宜,
只要把前驅物化學溶液混合,塗佈在基材上加熱烤乾就可以得到鈣鈦礦結晶的薄膜。
但是這個加熱過程會造成不均勻,而且留下孔洞在薄膜上面。
布朗大學Nitin Padture教授表示:一般這個製程使用100~150度C加熱,也限制了
製造在塑膠表面的應用。
Padture教授的團隊利用了新方法,使用一種使用在石化業稱為NMP的溶劑,製造出鈣鈦礦
前驅物。先將此溶液塗佈在基板上,再用另一種不同的溶劑把NMP清洗掉取代傳統加熱製
程方法。
這個方法可以得到大面積均勻的薄膜,而且光電轉換效率高達15%以上。傳統鈣鈦礦薄膜
厚達300nm,而且黑而不透明。相較之下新方法可以做到20nm近乎透明的薄膜,透過調整
前驅物的化學成分還可以改變薄膜顏色。
這新製程方法也較傳統加熱得花一小時以上迅速很多,只需要2分鐘,很適合大量生產。
此研究發表在"Chemistry’s Journal of Materials Chemistry A."

看起來生產的效率應該會輸前面用化學方法那篇,而且大面積基板的製造會困難許多...
