不知道版本的大大有人知道這個職缺是做什麼的嗎? 具體內容是什麼呢? 會需要很深的技術背景嗎? 看起來感覺像是到處背黑鍋的PM啊...... 面試前聽說要先做2個小時的測驗要通過才有後續的面試 Job Title: (RD S/W) Software Project Leader(新店) - J00810 Job Summary: The role of Software Project Leader is responsible to project risk assessment and vendors management. The position needs more engineering/R&D background, and Software experience in developing Android smart phone products is a must. And, with Technical lead experience (coordinating software & hardware developments) and work with chip vendor to deliver successful products will be plus. Job Definition: 1. Project features implementation management (WBS) 2. Project risk assessment and management 3. Manage project tempo to meet schedule and milestones 4. Project quality management (including issue investigation, clarification and tracking) 5. Vendors (include software / hardware) management 6. Project human resource management (acquiring/developing/managing project team) 7. ROM image deliverable quality management 8. HTC manufacturing issues and process management and production efficiency improvement 9. Be the Dept. interface to external team Job Requirement: 1. At least 3 year project management experience 2. Project risk assessment and management. 3. Vendors (include software / hardware) management experience. 4. Familiar with manufacturing process and issue management 5.
