[討論] 我公司離職率好高,很多間都這樣嗎?消失
我才剛進去三個多月而已~
剛進去的時候還以為是天堂~結果沒想到..
公佈欄上常常會看到誰誰誰被記了大過,誰曠職,誰免職..
公司內規定不能使用手機,不然就記大過,扣績效
扣一次績效粗算了一下大約三萬左右...
另外上班要提早五分鐘前打卡,午休要提早五分鐘在位子上,
請假的話要看組長,臨時請,又不准假的話,就要記你曠職,
就算你假單送出去,他也不簽...曠職就要倒扣兩天的薪水,
還有其他總總原因,我覺得這間公司規定好多,
我想知道其他間也都會這樣嗎?
從我進去到現在三個多月,我後面工號多了100個左右的人,
看一下人事的紀錄,上個月走了50個人,月離職率10%,
全公司總共約500個人,整年度算下來離職率約80%,
天啊,我覺得這離職的速度有讓我嚇到,一整年下來都要換過一輪了!
如果是走一些新進人員還可以理解,但連一些做很久的也都走了,
這公司....
請問大家待的公司也都這樣嗎?

離職率就是"離職人數/[(期初+期末)/2]=離職率"
在台中!是做機械製造的..
從去年九月到今年八月走了300多人...
算出來才會是約80%左右的離職率!
另外他是扣績效獎金(季獎金)...沒扣到薪水....
所以應該沒違反勞基法吧?
