請問各位:
如果今天面試後,公司告知因為一般員工薪資有限制,
所以月薪50K(我履歷填寫希望是45K-50K),
但是也有為了突破限界的制度,65K,約聘制,
兩者的員工福利差別在每年健康檢查的項目多寡,
以及是否強制加入福委會,
除此之外沒有差別,
請問大家,你們會做怎樣的選擇?
(年終的部分一般的兩個多月,最多有四個月.約聘的則是0到兩個月)
大家的意見如何??
