[請益] 公司廢止禁業條款
請教一下板上的前輩
因公司近期不景氣
陸續有高階主管離職
因本司原本之禁業條款是給予離職者一年一個月薪資之契約金禁止員工於同質性公司上班
也就是說如果我做滿兩年,離職的話公司就會給付我兩個月的月薪
最高累計至六年
現在因過多人離職,公司要廢掉此合約
請問這樣合理嗎
員工能採取什麼行動嗎?
畢竟以前已簽過這樣的合約了
公司說廢就廢,感覺不是很合理
