[請益] 請問各位老師進教室後...?
各位老師好,請問大家平常鐘響走進教室後,都如何開場?
今年第二年教書,在一間國立後段高職任教英文,
學生程度不佳,超過半數沒有基本能力,雙峰現象嚴重,
因此課程進度緩慢,前學期幾乎都在趕課,後來看學生死氣沉沉,
決定放棄進度,開始嘗試翻轉教學,最近期末發回饋單給學生填寫,
有不少學生反應「鐘響後,別馬上上課,我們受不了」、「別一來就只是上課」等,
看了實在有點挫敗,畢竟我已經盡量把課程設計的有趣了,
就算是鐘響後馬上上課,也使用多媒體引起動機,
我開始檢討自己,什麼是學生需要的?
面對低成就學生,有沒有老師是每節課一開始都講笑話、閒聊呢?(我無法每節課持續)
可否請大家分享自己引起動機的方式?謝謝!
