[問題] 東方美人的酸味?
版友們好,
最近喝到一款東方美人,覺得...味道跟想像中有點不同,
因為有很明顯的一種酸香味,蜜味是有沒錯,大概就是剛喝進去舌尖的部分會感覺甘甜,
可是跟那股很突出的酸味比起來,蜜香顯得不大明顯,
以前喝過一款很喜歡的,應該也是小綠葉蟬咬過高發酵度的茶,
喝起來卻不會這麼酸,帶明顯蜂蜜和柑橘味感而且富有層次,
但我不知道那是什麼茶也泡不出來嗚嗚。
我檢討了一下泡法,
我剛燒開的水,有先等一下,可是沒有等很久,在想是不是水溫太燙的關係?
如果燒開的水要降溫到85度,大概要等多久呢?
又或者...根本就不是水溫的關係呢?

我也好想喝只有甜香味的喔喔喔XDD 其實我對器具完全不講究(只是懶吧)
改天試試兩個大玻璃杯互倒看看,可能跟您說的差不多意思吧?

這兩天試過用手邊現有的玻璃杯和瓷製茶海互倒取得更低的水溫,
那股濃酸確實沒了,
當然酸味還是在,不過微微的討喜多了,
香氣和整體味覺也比較平衡,
其間差異有如將風騷歡場女子變成婉約小美人XD
其他建議的器皿未來再一一購入~慢慢發現工具還是有其影響(好大一個坑啊XD)
