quite polite and accommodating. But you may be avoiding conversations with
this individual because you do not want to deal with a confrontation at the
worst, or negative comments at the least. But you are strong enough to deal
with either. However, you may find that this person isn't as far off from
agreeing with you as you think. Give it a chance.
