TAKE THAT star GARY BARLOW is on a mission to get the toned body he
had during the group's 1990's heyday. The singer, who is wowing
British audiences again with the reformed boy band, is determined
to curb his appetite to achieve his ideal weight.
He says,"The more I think about it really the more food I want.
I looked my best ten years ago and that is the look I'm going for now."
Gary拔拔當前主要任務是恢復TT全勝期的身材，且下定決心要控制食慾以達到
理想體重。Gary拔拔說現在較在乎恢復體重，比想吃美食還多，我看著十年前
