input 跟output 一樣都是 NetCDF 格式，你都可以用 ncdump -h 去看標頭。
如果你要畫圖，可以用 matlab，或是大氣人常用的
GrADS(http://www.iges.org/grads/)、ncl (http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/)或是 CDO
(https://code.zmaw.de/projects/cdo/)
至於你要解甚麼資訊，這就看你想要看甚麼大氣變量，關係到你的研究主題是啥。 海溫
(SST)、風場 (U, V)、氣溫(air temperature)等等。
看你的需求，想要甚麼就只解甚麼出來。至於變量一覽表，請查照你在問題5.
給我的namelist variables 連結。
如果你已經知道你想要解甚麼出來畫圖(假設是上述的幾個變量)，在執行的過程中，你可
以把其他阿撒布嚕的output 關掉，以節省模式執行的時間與硬碟的空間，
詳細的過程之後我在總結時再提。
以下範例是節錄CCSM4參加 CMIP5 從1885年1月1日到1884年12月31日，日雨量模擬資料。
你可以看到時間，經緯度與變量(降雨量)等等的資訊；
包括時間序列是不是有閏年都在裡面顯示 ( time:calendar = "noleap")。
詳細 NetCDF 格式的結構就不在此贅述。
