[說寫] 口說Q10 模板
首先 我看過的幾本書都有提到
這個部分通常不是需求 就是客訴
不過我跟這兩年考過很多次的人研究過後
發現最近這幾次的都是 建議
客訴好像幾乎不出現了
我猜的很多補習班跟書籍都已經介紹很多了
可能ETS想要改變方向
再來
要搞清楚打來這個人跟你的親疏遠近
如果他只說first name 那你就可以直接稱呼他的first name
否則還是會以正式的Mr.XXX or Ms. XXX
進入正題
以下我就針對這三項提供模版
1需求
Good morning, Mr/Ms XXX. My name is XXX. I'm returning your call about
your request. In your message, you mentioned that.......
(這裡要靠你自己用一到兩句話簡單扼要的把他的內容表達 重點是關鍵字要提到)
After checking our system, we found there's a slight problem about this
because.......(發揮你的創意想一個無法配合的理由)
However, we can set up a meeting to discuss this. Don't worry. We wil
make things work. Perhap you could give me a call back to confirm the date
of the meeting and the details. I'll be expecting your call. Have a nice day.
2. 客訴(最近很少考)
Good morning, Mr/Ms XXX. My name is XXX. I'm returning your call about
your recent bad experience with us.In your message, you mentioned that...
....(這裡要靠你自己用一到兩句話簡單扼要的把他的內容表達 重點是關鍵字要提到)
First of all, we do apologize for the problems we have caused.
After checking our system, we found there's a problem about our......
(發揮你的創意想一個理由 最通用的就是computer or internet)
To compensate for the incovenience, we will provide you a 20% discount coupon
that you can use on your next purchase. Once again, we're sorry for the
inconvenience we brought. Thank you for calling us. Have a nice day.
3.建議(通常是熟識的人)
Good morning, XXX. This is XXX. I'm returning your call about your
request.In your message, you mentioned that.......

I suggest to .......................(提供建議)
