[聽力] ICRT五分鐘新聞+部分逐字稿
最近開始嘗試聽英文新聞，由於比較熟icrt所以想說聽聽看XD 結果非常挫折
後來在網頁上找到英文全文，ICRT早中晚新聞大多是裡面的濃縮，不過也不一定，
10/10就增加了土耳其和女性被當作有價物品交換的新聞。
而且好像還有增加比較簡單一點的EZnews(有全文逐字稿)
目前只有錄10/10號早上7:32~7:37的新聞 有興趣的可以聽聽看@@

President Ma Ying-jeou will vow to lead the island out of economic slowdown
during his National Day address later this morning - that,according to the
Presidential Office.
Meanwhile ......
Opposition leaders will not be attending today's National Day ceremony in
front of the Presidential building.
The Double Ten ceremony will begin at 9:30 and Ma will give his National
Day address at 10:30 in front of the Presidential Office.

Former premier Frank Xie is defending his 5-day China visit -- saying it
was aimed at allowing him to put forward his views on cross-strait
development and he was not representing any political party.
Xie also held talks with D-P-P chairman - Su Zhen-chang - yesterday -
during which he briefed him on meetings with several high-ranking
Chinese officials.

The Council of Labor Affairs says it plans to increase the number of
blue collar foreign workers.
According to the council..Relaxation of the quota on foreign blue collar
worker will see the number increase from the current 440-thousand to over
500-thousand.

Keelung city Mayor - Zhang Tong-rong - apologized yesterday for his
indictment on charges of interfering with a police investigation.
Speaking to reporters .. Zhang apologized for what he called - "creating
a bad impression on the society" - and - "wasting public resources."
He was indicted on Monday for forcing the police to release a woman accused
of punching a police officer.
If found guilty he faces a maximum sentence of seven years.

Local men's tennis ace - Lu Yen-xun beat China's Zhang Ze of in the first
round of the Shanghai Masters yesterday --- setting up an encounter later
today with top-seeded Roger Federer of Switzerland.
Lu fired seven aces and did not allow the Chinese wild card any break points.
