幫同事轉接時

聽不清楚時
I am sorry. The line is bad. Could you speak up please?
I'm afraid I can't hear you.
Sorry. I didn't catch that. Could you say that again please?

三、最後，如果你講的對方也聽不清楚，或是她講的你也聽清楚，那你一定會非常焦急與
難過，這時候你一定會想講一句話: The battery is dead. (電池沒電了….)
