As we discussed last week, I have solicited two estimates for reproducing
our brochures in Polish.
Lavender Printing called me yesterday to give me the following estimates:
Total cost: 497(203 for labor, 294 for printing)
Expected timetable: 3.5 weeks (3 weeks to produce a sample copy,
2 days to print)
They said that they have a translator available in their office.
I am also sending a copy of the estimate from BR.
Costs are nearly identical, so that won't be a deciding factor.
I think B will need a little more time to finish the job.
If that's not a problem, I recommend using B. Judging from the samples,
its work is superior to L's.

Since we do not use in-house translation, we would have to submit
your brochure to GU. The translation work is expected to take 2 weeks.
You have already seen samples of our art and graphics work. Reproducing and
printing it will take approximately 5 hours at 25 per hour.
For the 600 copies you requested, printing will cost 230.
In sum, your estimated total is 490. Once you submit your original document
(It can be in any electronic format), it will take approximately 3 weeks to
complete a sample copy.
