[分享] SK2Pallas 怎麼提升托福口說表現的穩定度
大家好，我是SK2 TOEFL的口說顧問Pallas~
許多同學在練習整合口說時，會覺得自己進入撞牆期，怎麼練都無法進步。這時就要請各
位審視自己是否有看著筆記講，以及筆記內容是否足以讓我們看著它講。以下方式分享給
各位
【選擇一個自己不熟悉的整合題學科/話題，將每個題組練習5次】
由於每個人的聽力程度不同，會建議大家先從"聽寫"練起，再進入第二階段"看著筆記講"
，同一個聽力音檔多聽幾次，每次都嘗試盡可能記下S+V+O，強化自己簡化句子的能力，
大約聽寫同一個音檔三至五次，再進入到看著筆記講的階段。
看著筆記講時，記得要確實使用自己的筆記，不要看著筆記放空講，如果發現自己的筆記
內容無法使用，還是必須依靠記憶時，切記要回去審視自己第一步驟"聽寫"是否有確實練
習。看著講一樣，看著同一份「完整且優質」的筆記講3-5次。這份你看著講的筆記一定
要是你能力範圍內記下相對好的筆記，如果是劣質筆記，也沒記到什麼SVO，那麼練習的
結果不理想也是很正常的。
如果聽寫結果不理想，會建議各位每天花10-15分鐘練習精聽，再回到"聽寫"步驟，這樣
練習才會有進步的成效。
