[請益] 求助~~使用者名稱正確但一直顯示錯誤

我在Password assistance的地方 輸入的使用者名稱是正確的 但一直顯示 "Sorry, but we are unable to process your information. Contact a Customer Service Representative for assistance. If you are calling from the U.S., a U.S. territory, or Canada, the number is 1-877-863-3546.
