很多人喜歡運動到滿身大汗,運動完後不吃不喝,以為可以達到瘦身目的,不過專家表示
,這些其實是國人的十大運動迷思之一,到底怎麼回事,一起去看看。
運動到底要做到什麼程度,才算有效大家口徑一致,不過這可是運動迷思的第一名,因為
流汗只是溫度調節,不代表代謝熱量,還有女生最討厭的跑步,以為會跑出又白又壯的蘿
蔔腿,但瞧瞧跑遍全球的林俊傑,小腿卻和名模有的拼,其實錯不在跑步,而是姿勢有問
題,運動迷思一大堆,有人不敢拉筋,怕長不高,有人運動前不敢喝水,怕胃下垂,運動
後又不吃東西,怕會胖,這些都要打個大叉叉運動有益健康,但作錯運動,不但瘦身不成
,還可能要送醫院。
