Location:Van Swietenstraat, near Boerharvelaan, train station and Leidee central.
Type: a flat with a living room, one shower, one toilet, one kitchen,
two balcony, and two rooms. Your room is about 12 m2.
Rental: 340 euro/month, including internet and basic usage of heating, but
exclusive of water, energy, and gas.(about 25 euro/month/person)
Sign the contract for at least one year from middle of Jan or
the beginning of February.
Furniture: well-equipped. With floors, washing-machine, oven, bed, shelves,
desks, frige, etc....
Roomate: a male PhD student in Chemistry.
Defect: You can not use the address or you should pay the tax.
