1. 自介：a guy who wanna practice English speaking with TOEIC:910 and TOEFL S
PEAKING:23.
2. 對象：ppl who like to talk in English, preferably medium level or higher.
3. 目標：express views in English.
4. 原因：improve the English speaking level
5. 地點：Skype
6. 時間 :To be decided
7. 方式：each one of us prepares at least one thing to share.
at least 30 min for each mtg.
8. 範圍：anything.
9. 人數限制：one by one
10.解散條件：when we don't talk pleasure in talking to each other, or cannot
meet the schedule
