[精進] [全國/skype] 財經英文口說讀書會消失
1. 自介：graduate student in NTU finance, TOEIC 940
2. 對象
being able to discuss topics in English
(TOEFL 75/TOEIC 800/IELTS 5.5 above are preferred)
have keen interests and familiar with:
finance/industry/macroeconomics/global trends issues
pls send me ptt mail including the following items,
(1) background (major or working experiences)
(2) English ability
(3) reasons to join the study group
(4) in above topics, which one are you familiar with the most? give some
examples of the topic
(5) facebook id or link, I will add you to the group on facebook
3. 目標：being able to discuss topics in English fluently
4. 原因：improve oral ability and share opinions about above issues
5. 地點：skype
6. 時間：9pm-10pm on Thursdays
7. 方式：
members take turns to host the discussion, and the host decide how to run
the discussion
8. 範圍：
our topics focus on economics/finance/industry/global trends
we have discussed gold price and the depreciation of Japanese yen
9. 人數限制：
we have 5 ppl now, and we want to recruit one more member
10.解散條件：
members less than 2
11.運作規則：
host decides how to run it
we have tried different ways, for instance, host assigns articles for each
member, and members must share summary of his article and comment on it.
other members ask questions if any, and then we discuss interesting points
from the article
