[精進] [公館] 英文口說讀書會
1.自介
This group consists of students and people from different field.
The common goal is to improve English through reading and speaking practice.
2.對象：
Anyone who wants to improve English and can participate discussion regularly in the long term
3.目標：
To express what in your mind in English as fluently as native speakers do.
4.原因：
English is important for working and studying; therefore, we need occasion
to practice regularly.
5.地點：
Near 公館
6.時間：
1900~2100, Thursday
7.方式：
Two hosts per week. One is responsible for Time article and the other is for
TED or VOA (Voice of America). Hosts need to prepare questions for other
members to discuss.
8.範圍
An article from TIME and a talk from TED/VOA per week
9.人數限制：
10 members (There are about 4~5 members joining discussion every
week.)
10.解散條件：
Less than 3 members
11.運作規則：
Everyone takes turn to find materials and host discussion each week.
