[精進] [台北] 公館附近英文讀書會
1.自介:The group consists of students and people from different industry.
The common goal is to improve English through reading and speaking.
2.對象：Anyone who wants to improve English and can participate discussion
regularly in long term (more than half year).
3.目標：Speak English as fluently as native ones do.
4.原因：English is important for working and studying;
therefore, we need occasion to practice English regularly.
5.地點：Near 公館
6.時間：19:00~21:00 every Thursday
7.方式：Two hosts per week. One is responsible for TIME
and the other is for TED or VOA (Voice of America).
But it's flexible to find other materials you want to discuss.
Hosts need to prepare some questions for other members before our meeting.
8.範圍: An article from TIME and a talk from TED/VOA per week
9.人數限制：Two more new members
(There are about 4~5 members joining discussion every week.)
10.解散條件：All group members don't want to participate.
11.運作規則：Everyone takes turn to find materials and host discussion.
