2. 對象：Anyone who is intersted in English speaking
3. 目標：like native speaker
4. 原因：want to apply phd in america
5. 地點：skype
6. 時間：Thurs. evening every other week
7. 方式：three sections: a) daily conversation b) topic-oriented news
c) theme-based discussion/debate
8. 範圍：to be announced
9. 人數限制：five to six is the best in case someone take leaves
10.解散條件：when there is only me
