[精進] skype/英文口說
1. 自介：
A master program student of human resource development, will need to use
English all the time in the future.
2. 對象：
People who is fluent in English (you don’t need to speak like a native
speaker, just can express your thought fluently).
TOEIC score above 800/ or at the same level
3. 目標：
Want to improve oral ability of English,
4. 原因：
will need to use English all the time in the future.
5. 地點：
skype
6. 時間：
Once (or twice)/1hr (30 mins) week
7. 方式：
Will have a topic each time, issues maybe from CNN, BBC, or the economics
(In fact, since my personal need, I prefer the economics, if possible)
8. 範圍：
9. 人數限制：
3 people (including me)
10.解散條件：
Can’t continue our practice
11.運作規則：
Will have a quick meeting on Skype to see whether we’re suitable for each
other or not.
