[精進] [台北] 英文conversation group徵人(滿)
Join our English conversation group!
My name is Robin, a graduate student of nccu,
I held a English conversation group last year.
Recently, we want to recruit new members.
1. Our purpose :
To improve English conversation ability.
According to our experience, especially for enhancing the Speaking ability.
2. What we do? :
Two hours a week, the host will hold the conversation group somewhere,
usually in business school of NCCU.
The host is rotated, which means that every conversation group member
has chance to be the host.
The first hour of the meeting is group discussion.
Then the second hour of the meeting is speech time.
●Group discussion:
The host should search/bring up a appropriate topic(maybe an article)
for discussion and inform every member before the meeting.
●Speech:
The host also have the responsibilty to give every member a reference
speech topic.
However, members have right to bring up any kind of topic they
interested in, they don't have to limited by the topic that host gave.
The speech should be scored by every member, in other words, every member
should be concentrated on the speech, and ranks all speeches.
3. Period:
For harmony with the college student's school life, the period of
conversation group is from March to July.
4. Attention:
(1) We're not for TOEFL or TOEIC test.
If you still think this group can help you to face the test, welcome~
(2) The meeting place is usually in NCCU(政大), if you're not nccu
student, you should consider the distacne from your school/
working place/living place to NCCU.
(3) The number of conversation group is limited, so the screening is
necessary.
5. How to join us?
Please reply this article to my bbs email address.
Your application letter should contain the items below:
(1) Your name (chinese and English)
(2) Your gender/age
(3) Your school, major and grade. If you're not student, pleaes
declare your job.
(4) Your Email address
(5) The reason that why you want to join this coversation group?
What you want to obtain?(This is the most importanct part!!!!)
* application period is from 2/22~3/1
