1. 自介：Lazy and lonely ozisan.
2. 對象：Those who like reading in an easy way.
3. 目標：Promoting "Quarter Co-Reading" to the world.
4. 原因：Find people to have voice chat.
5. 地點：Skype/Gtalk is preferred
6. 時間：around 21:30 to 22:00
7. 方式：Each one reads something she/he likes for 5 min. in English and
take turns. Then have a free talk in the last 5 min.
8. 範圍：Just pick some article/book section at your will. I'm reading
"The complete IDIOT's guide to Bridge" ...
9. 人數限制：one to one during a quarter
10.解散條件：let it be
11.運作規則：Take easy, just read and talk.
