2009年1月購買的硬碟. 最近出現嚴重的故障情況. 由於送件給威健要付600元...實在是覺得有點貴. 所以想自行RMA. 可是跑到. http://www.hitachigst.com/portal/site/en/support/warranty/. 去輸入序號S/N. 卻一直顯示序號列無效.
